  1. User Accounts
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms
  1. Payment and Refund Policy
  • All purchases made on our platform are final, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in specific promotions.
  • Subscription services will renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may manage your subscription through your account settings.
  1. Unlocked Empowerment Coaching Program Terms
  • The Unlocked Empowerment Coaching Program is designed to support personal development through astrology-based coaching.
  • All payments for the program are non-refundable.
  • Included coaching sessions must be utilized during the specified program duration, with the exception of any additional emergency clarity sessions specified, which must be used within the timeframe specified in the terms of the offer.
  • It is the client's responsibility to attend sessions. Sessions missed without providing a minimum 48 hours' notice  will be considered forfeited and may not be rescheduled.
  • As this is an astrology-based program, the results and insights provided are subject to individual interpretation and are not guaranteed outcomes. By participating, clients agree to hold Uniquely U Coaching harmless from any claims or liabilities related to the use or interpretation of the information provided during the program.
  1. Feedback and Suggestions

By providing feedback, suggestions, or other input to Uniquely U Coaching, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and adapt your feedback in any way without compensation.

  1. Contests and Promotions

From time to time, we may offer contests, giveaways, or other promotions. Participation in these is subject to specific rules and terms, which will be made available at the time of the promotion.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uniquely U Coaching shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.
