You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without prior written permission.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms

5. Payment and Refund Policy

• All purchases made on our platform are final, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in specific promotions.
• Subscription services will renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may manage your subscription through your account settings.

6. Unlocked Empowerment Coaching Program Terms

• The Unlocked Mastermind Coaching Program is designed to support personal and business development through astrology-based coaching.
• All payments for the program are non-refundable.
• Included coaching sessions for the 3 month program must be utilized during the 3-monthly program duration, with the exception of two additional sessions, which must be used within four months of the program's initiation date.
• It is the client's responsibility to attend scheduled live or virtual sessions. Sessions missed without providing at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule will be considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled.

7. Readings, Insights, Guidance, Results and Outcomes

All readings, insights, and guidance provided through Uniquely U Coaching & Development Services are subject to individual interpretation and are not guaranteed outcomes. Clients acknowledge that personal growth and business success depend on various factors beyond the scope of coaching and agree to hold Uniquely U Coaching harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the use or interpretation of the information provided.

8. Disclaimer of Professional Advice

• All offerings and programs provide insights and guidance based on astrological principles for personal and/or business development. However, it is not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological services.
• By agreeing to these terms, clients acknowledge that any decisions made based on offerings and program content are their sole responsibility, and Uniquely U Coaching shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from such decisions.

9. Confidentiality and Community Guidelines

• Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal information shared within group or community offerings, including but not limited to discussion forums, live sessions, and group interactions.
• Respectful and supportive communication is expected at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
• Members are prohibited from sharing or distributing any proprietary content, including session recordings, workbooks, and materials, outside of the group or membership community.

10. Feedback and Suggestions

By providing feedback, suggestions, or other input to Uniquely U Coaching, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and adapt your feedback in any way without compensation.

11. Contests and Promotions

From time to time, we may offer contests, giveaways, or other promotions. Participation in these is subject to specific rules and terms, which will be made available at the time of the promotion.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uniquely U Coaching shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uniquely U Coaching, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
